KIA EV6 named 2022 Carsales "CAR OF THE YEAR"

In what many are calling the year of the Electric Vehicle in Australia (we think that might be true in 2023 as well), it's no surprise to hear five of the ten finalists for Carsales "CAR OF THE YEAR" were Electric Vehicles.

Beating out other Electric Vehicles like the BMW iX xDrive40, the Tesla Model Y RWD, and the BYD Atto 3, the KIA EV6 sits at the head of the table for Electric SUV's as we enter into 2023.

This comes as no surprise to many Electric Vehicle lovers, as just twelve months ago Carsales pick for C.O.T.Y, the Hyundai IONIQ 5, took out the top placing.

Subaru Solterra delayed till mid-2023

For those following the release of the keenly anticipated Subaru Solterra EV, they will be disappointed to hear that it's been delayed until the middle of next year!

Although originally slated for a first quarter of 2023 release, the all-new Solterra will be arriving slight later than expected, but there is good news!

The Solterra will be coming down under with AWD features, a core of the Subaru brand that we hope will continue into the future.
