Why is the Happy Rewards program being discontinued?
The administration involved in maintaining the rewards program has increasingly outweighed the benefits it brings to both our customers and our business. As such, we have decided to focus our efforts on other initiatives that will better serve you, our valued customers.
When will the Happy Rewards program be discontinued?
As per our terms and conditions, we are required to give 90 days notice, however, as an act of good faith, we will allow customers to redeem their points for any service, new or used car, or accessories at Cricks Sunshine Coast for the next 6 months until 1st December 2024.
What will happen to my existing points in the Happy Rewards program?
All existing points in the Happy Rewards program will be forfeited after 6 months.
Can I still earn points in the Happy Rewards program before it is discontinued?
No, customers will no longer be able to earn points in the Happy Rewards program effective immediately.
How do I redeem my remaining points in the Happy Rewards program
You will need to inform a Cricks staff member if you’re planning on using your Happy Rewards points towards a service, new or used car, or accessories at Cricks. To do this, you will need your unique customer number and the email showing your remaining points.
Can a member of my family or a friend use my remaining points if I am not going to use them?
Yes, they can. They will just need your unique customer number and the original email. They will need to inform staff that they plan on using this when booking a service, looking to buy a car, or purchasing accessories.
What if I don’t use my points in one transaction?
You will forfeit any unused points after the first transaction with Cricks.
What will happen to my existing points in the Happy Rewards program?
All existing points in the Happy Rewards program will be forfeited after 6 months or after the first transaction, whichever comes first.
