Engineered and designed to deliver durability and power for semi class big rigs, the impressive 276 kW of power and 1,152 Nm of torque output ratings deliver uncompromising strength for towing and hauling. This smooth and reliable powerhouse is paired with a refined 68RFE six-speed automatic transmission which includes driver-adaptive shifting. Plus there's also the added benefit of the diesel exhaust brake with 'smart' function for added safety and vehicle control. With an emphasis on comfort and confidence, the next-gen 2500/3500 has been redesigned to be the best riding, handling, and towing heavy duty Ram ever. The new 360-degree surround-view camera with trailer reverse guidance view provides a single display-screen view of both sides of a trailer to assist drivers in maneuvering towing setups. There is also a second rear-view camera integrated in the centre high-mount stop lamp (cargo-view camera) to monitor payload in the bed which can also be used to align fifth wheel and gooseneck trailers. The extensive safety and security features, including exclusive active safety systems such as — Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Mitigation (Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) and AEB with trailer brakes have been integrated to deliver optimal safety and confidence for heavy duty assignments.

The award-winning fourth-generation Uconnect® system offers new convenience and connected services to keep Ram truck customers connected, engaged and informed whilst keeping their hands on the wheel and eyes on the road. The Uconnect® 4C NAV system features a 12-inch reconfigurable touchscreen and state-of-the-art connectivity. Personalization is made easy with the new split screen, allowing two different applications for desired configuration, such as Apple CarPlay® and climate controls, or one application, such as navigation across the entire 12-inch touchscreen. Another new tech feature of the heavy duty range is the digital rear-view mirror which increases the visibility of the surroundings behind the vehicle, as well as a clearer, brighter view in dark or poor light weather conditions. An active noise cancellation system with anti-vibration devices and acoustic glass significantly reduces ambient cabin sound levels to produce the quietest heavy duty Ram ever.

Payload and kerb weight figures are based on vehicle certification. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure: weight of fully loaded vehicles do not exceed GVM; front and rear axle load limits are not individually exceeded; the combined weight of the fully loaded vehicle (including tow ball download when towing) and trailer does not exceed the GCM; compliance to State and Territory towing regulations. Payload is the combined value of occupants, luggage, cargo, added options, accessories and tow ball download (when towing). Kerb weight includes the vehicle with a full tank of fuel and all standard equipment, excluding occupants. Additional weights of optional features, occupants, luggage, cargo, accessories and tow ball download (when towing) must be taken into account when calculating payload.
